Siva is a certified lead assessor for ISO 9000/ ISO 14000 /OHSAS 18000 Management Systems with 14 years of experience in Management & Systems Consultancy and Training. Siva has had extensive experience in design, development and installation of Legal Compliance Management Systems and carrying out Legal Risk Assessment Studies. Siva has conducted workshops and seminars in compliance management and Director’s Liabilities. He has trained more than 1500 corporate personnel on compliance management systems and tools in India and in countries including, Malaysia, Singapore, Zambia, Algeria, Indonesia and Kazakhstan. As systems head, Siva has structured and defined the functions within Chess and has been instrumental in training Chess personnel before he took up overall operational management as General Manager of Chess. |
